Basic Requirements
Good communication skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales profile within the BPO sector
Stability in past employment
Must reside within a 20 km radius
Should currently be employed
Salary will be decided during the interview based on the last drawn salary
Maximum CTC offered: INR 21,500

Shift Timings
09:00 AM to 07:00 PM
10:00 AM to 08:00 PM
11:00 AM to 09:00 PM
Rotational weekly off (weekly off can fall on any 5 days other than Saturday and Sunday)
Benefits
Attendance Bonus: Employees with zero leave in a month will receive an additional INR 2,000
Incentives: Agents can earn up to INR 5,000 based on performance
