Job Summary:
The Tele Counsellor is responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining Frankfinn's aviation, hospitality, and customer service training programs, and motivating them to visit the institute for a free career counselling session. The role involves outbound calling, lead follow-up, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
Explain Frankfinn courses and career opportunities.
Invite students to attend free counselling sessions at the institute.
Follow up with interested candidates until they visit the center.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/database.
Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle student queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Eligibility:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Age Range: 18 to 34 years
Gender: Female/Male
Industry Exposure Required: Fluent in, Kannada, and English
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
Customer-focused approach.
Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday fixed off
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 18K to 22K in-hand, with potential for salary hikes based on current pay.
