About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrolment process. The role involves understanding student needs, providing career guidance, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via calls, video sessions, and emails
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Achieve weekly/monthly enrolment targets
Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Academic Counselling
Strong communication and convincing skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
Experience in handling high-volume leads
Familiarity with CRM tools (like LMS, Ameyo, Salesforce, etc.)
