Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students and their parents about Frankfinn's course offerings, fee structure, and career prospects.

Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referral sources to convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments.

Provide accurate information about course curriculum, duration, eligibility criteria, and placement support across all Frankfinn programmes.

Maintain and update the CRM with complete call logs, follow-up schedules, and lead status in real time.

Achieve monthly enrolment targets and contribute to branch goals.

Schedule and coordinate campus visits, demo sessions, and counselling appointments for interested candidates.

Build rapport with prospects through consistent follow-up calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

Coordinate with the branch head and academic team to resolve student queries and concerns promptly.

Ensure high-quality call etiquette, professionalism, and adherence to communication standards at all times.
