We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in the banking or financial sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers for banking/financial products (loans, credit cards, accounts, insurance, etc.)
Generate leads through field work, referrals, and networking
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Explain product features, benefits, and offerings clearly to customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred)
1–5 years of experience in banking / NBFC / financial sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of financial products and services
Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales
Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Skills:
Experience in field sales / direct sales
Customer relationship management skills
Negotiation and convincing ability
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
