Job Title: Tele Counsellor – Domestic
Location: Hyderabad
Function: Call Centre
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)
Week Off: Sunday (Fixed Off)
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months
Education: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
Languages: Basic English and Fluent Telugu
Age: 18 – 34 Years
Gender: Male/Female

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate leads.

Explain aviation, hospitality, travel, and customer service courses offered by Frankfinn.

Invite interested students to attend free career counselling sessions at the institute.

Understand student requirements and provide relevant course information.

Maintain regular follow-ups with students regarding their visit status and enrollment interest.

Schedule counselling appointments and coordinate with the counselling team.

Update and maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Handle student queries professionally and provide appropriate guidance.

Build positive relationships with prospective students to improve conversions.

Ensure high-quality communication and customer service during every interaction.

Follow company policies, calling scripts, and process guidelines.

Required Skills

Good verbal communication skills in Telugu and basic English.

Confidence in handling outbound calling and lead generation activities.

Ability to persuade and engage prospective students.

Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Prior telecalling, telesales, customer service, or counselling experience is preferred.
