Responsibilities

Call students and provide information about courses and admissions.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Follow up with interested candidates.

Maintain call records and student data.

Convince and guide students regarding admission procedures.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Basic computer knowledge.

Confident and positive attitude.

Experience in telecalling/customer support is preferred.
