Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive – Personal Loan & Overdraft Process

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Personal Loan and Overdraft products over the phone, generating leads, understanding customer financial needs, and guiding them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on existing leads.

  • Explain the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements for Personal Loan and Overdraft products.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

  • Address customer queries and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

  • Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines while selling financial products.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on company requirements).

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, or Banking/Financial Services.

  • Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
