We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle payment collection calls, follow up with leads, and provide basic customer support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to maintain professional relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and leads for payment collection and follow-ups.
Remind customers about pending payments and due dates.
Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and customer interactions.
Resolve basic customer queries and provide first-level support.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and issue resolution.
Update customer information in the CRM or company database.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach during all customer interactions.
Meet daily call and follow-up targets.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Basic knowledge of Tally Prime or any other accounting software (such as Busy, Marg ERP, Zoho Books, or similar ERP/accounting software) is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to handle customer objections calmly and professionally.
Prior experience in telecalling, payment collections, customer support, or accounts receivable is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of payment collection processes.
