Job Description

Position: Loan Sales

Location: Noida Sector 3 & Nirman Vihar

Qualification: 12th pass or above

Experience: Min 6 months (Same Industry)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday

Gender Preference: Any

Industry: Banking & Finance

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented

• Strong follow-up and lead generation skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients

• Explain services related to business loans, working capital, term loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other financial products

• Handle B2C & B2B customer and businessmens interactions and guide clients regarding suitable financial solutions.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
