Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Health Insurance Team Leader to lead a team of sales executives/telecallers. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in health insurance sales, and the ability to achieve business targets while maintaining high team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Health Insurance Sales Executives.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
Ensure quality sales and compliance with company policies.
Prepare and share daily MIS and sales reports.
Develop strategies to improve team conversion and productivity.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
