Position: Team Leader – Sales
Location: Virar, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Team Leader experience in Sales
Salary: ₹35,000 Take Home (Negotiable)
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives.
Drive team performance to achieve sales targets.
Monitor daily productivity, KPIs, and conversion metrics.
Conduct coaching sessions and provide regular performance feedback.
Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with management.
