Job Description

Team Leader – Tele calling (Loan Sales)

Location: Malad, Mumbai (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives

Nyvira Finance is hiring an experienced Tele calling Team Leader to lead and manage a team of tele callers for Personal Loans and Business Loans.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of telecallers
Monitor daily calling, lead generation, and follow-ups
Achieve team sales and productivity targets
Train, coach, and improve team performance
Maintain CRM/Excel records and daily MIS
Ensure quality customer interactions and process compliance

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Tele calling/Tele sales
Minimum 1 year of team handling experience (Loan DSA, Bank, NBFC preferred)
Good leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Knowledge of Personal Loan and Business Loan products
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM
