Tele calling

We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team at Henan Beidi Industry Pvt Ltd. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹20000 - ₹22000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls through Phone and WhatsApp.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

• Generate new leads and follow up on customer enquiries.

• Share quotations, catalogues, and detailed product information with customers.

• Coordinate with fabricators, dealers, and technical teams for site visits and measurements.

• Maintain accurate customer data and sales records using Excel.

• Schedule follow-ups and ensure timely closure to achieve monthly lead conversion targets.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
