Position: Team Lead – Motor Insurance (Tele Sales)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Motor Insurance Team Lead to lead a team of telecalling executives handling Motor Insurance sales and renewals. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Motor Insurance, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Motor Insurance Telecallers.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer service.
Conduct daily huddles and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and policy renewals.
Prepare performance reports and maintain team productivity.
Coordinate with operations and underwriting teams for smooth policy issuance.
Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in Motor Insurance Sales/Renewals.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Team Lead experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance products and policy lifecycle.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
Insurance/BPO/Broker/Aggregator experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Immediate Joiner or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.
Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
Experience in Motor Insurance Telecalling, Renewals, or Sales is mandatory.
