Job Description
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, generating leads, and following up with clients regarding their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Introduce Sybaritic Linen and explain our products and services.
Understand customer requirements and collect relevant information.
Generate and qualify leads through calls.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and requirements.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer details.
Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads.
Regularly follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into business opportunities.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic product information.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain a polite, professional, and positive communication style with customers.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and comfortable speaking on calls.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Ability to maintain customer data and call records.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Preferred Skills
Telecalling / customer handling experience.
Sales or lead-generation experience.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
