About the Role

Go Globally is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join its Tour & Travel Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, recommending suitable travel packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to tour packages and travel services.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable domestic and international travel packages.

• Explain travel itineraries, package pricing, hotel accommodations, and other services.

• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into bookings.

• Negotiate with customers and provide suitable travel solutions.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
