Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic Loan Callers to join our growing team at our Gurgaon office. As a Loan Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and informing them about various loan products such as Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Vehicle Loans.

Key Responsibilities:

Make fresh outbound calls to customers to promote and explain loan products.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

Collect basic customer information for lead generation and documentation.

Follow up with interested leads and maintain a calling report.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate loan information.

Coordinate with internal teams for processing applications.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

Good communication skills (English mandatory).

Basic knowledge of loan products is a bonus.

Freshers welcome; prior telecalling or loan calling experience preferred.

Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented.
