Tele Calling

We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹11000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up on all leads provided by the company from various platforms (IndiaMART, GeM, website, campaigns, etc.).

• Explain and promote products/services clearly to potential customers over phone calls.

• Identify customer requirements and generate new business opportunities through effective conversations.

• Regularly follow up with prospects to convert leads into orders and close deals smoothly.

• Maintain proper records of calls, discussions, and lead status in CRM or tracking systems.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
