· Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote bed sheets and other textile products.
· Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly and professionally.
· Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products accordingly.
· Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order follow-ups.
· Prepare and share daily call reports with management.
· Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati, and fluency in English.
· Strong convincing, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
· Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / CRM preferred).
· Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle customer objections.
· Prior telesales/telecalling experience in textiles or home décor products is an added advantage.
