We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team at Rare Infotech Solutions. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.
A Telecalling Executive (or Telecaller) initiates and receives telephone calls to promote products, services, or manage customer accounts. They are responsible for generating leads, closing sales over the phone, updating databases, and providing customer support, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and computer skills to meet daily targets.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound/Inbound Calling: Making outbound calls to potential/existing customers and handling incoming inquiries.
Sales Generation: Promoting products/services, explaining features, and persuading customers to make purchases.
Lead Follow-up: Following up on leads to convert prospects into sales.
Customer Support: Resolving customer queries, complaints, and providing accurate information.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date call logs and customer databases (CRM).
Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales and activity targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; often, a degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and strong persuasion skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Soft Skills: High resilience to handle rejection, patience, professional etiquette, and the ability to work under pressure.
