We are seeking a skilled Tele Sales Executive with strong communication abilities and hands-on experience with CRM tools to join our team at VIMS, Kilpauk.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers/patients

Handle inbound and outbound leads using CRM software

Update, track, and manage lead data accurately in the CRM system

Explain services clearly and convert leads into successful sales

Schedule follow-ups and maintain conversion pipelines in CRM

Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams to close leads effectively
