Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities

·         Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

·         Explain products or services in detail to generate interest and sales.

·         Answer incoming calls and address customer queries promptly.

·         Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.

·         Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions.

·         Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

·         Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

·         Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and follow-ups.

·         Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and market trends.

Required Skills & Competencies

·         Excellent verbal communication skills in English / Hindi.

·         Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

·         Active listening and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

·         Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
