Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team at NK Constructions and Builder.
Your primary role will be to connect with potential customers, share details about our real estate projects (plots/flats), and generate leads through phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Explain company products (plots, flats, etc.) clearly and confidently

• Maintain and update customer database

• Follow up with interested clients and fix site visits

• Meet daily/weekly calling targets

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive

• Proficient in Hindi (English is a plus)

• Female candidates preferred (if applicable)
