Role: Sales & Marketing Executive

📍 Location: Patna (Full-time)

🏡 Industry: Real Estate (Residential & Commercial Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

Explain project details and arrange site visits for potential buyers.

Highlight unique project features & benefits to convince buyers.

Maintain client relationships throughout the sales process.

Manage leads generated from digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Good communication skills (Hindi/English mix preferred).

Prior experience in real estate, insurance, or automobile sales is an added advantage.
