Lead Generation & Calling: Actively generate leads, handle outbound calling activities, and pitch the platform value to convince prospective drivers to join our fleet.
Onboarding Pipeline Management:
Action: Collect the driver’s official joining documents (Driving License, Aadhaar, PAN, etc.).
Process: Ensure all details are accurately verified. New joiners must promptly fill out the Milo Drive Onboarding Form to log their profiles into our internal records.
Milo App Registration & OTP Verification:
Action: Initiate the driver registration on the Milo App.
Process: Assist the driver through the login and verification steps.
Note: If any system delays or issues with OTP verification arise, please escalate them to the technical support team immediately to prevent long driver wait times.
Training, Policy Briefing & Security Deposit:
Action: Conduct a clear walk-through of company policies and driver expectations.
Process: Ensure the Security Deposit is collected via Online Payment only before proceeding.
Key Focus: Ensure that all drivers are clearly informed about our Leave Policy and payout structure right at the time of onboarding so they understand the guidelines from day one.
Successful Onboarding Handover:
Action: Once the initial formalities are completed, introduce the driver to the Driver Manager.
Process: Ensure the communication group is created, align the driver accordingly, and formally hand over the driver profile to the OPS Team.
