Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

Contracting customers, existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

Asking questions to the customers and understanding their specifications.

Follow up on the database/ leads provided by the company.

Should be fluent in English & Tamil (Chennai candidates)

Leads convert to the sales.
