Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company services
Explain products and services clearly and professionally
Convince customers and generate sales leads
Follow up with interested customers and close sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Ability to negotiate and close sales
Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems is a plus
Ability to work under targets and pressure
