Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a basic understanding of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company products/services.

• Maintain and update customer records in the database.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing.

• Handle basic queries related to the GeM portal and assist in tender-related communication.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

• Basic understanding of the GeM portal (preferred).

• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Education:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
