Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic PCD Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the pharmaceutical sector. While freshers with a keen interest in the industry are welcome to apply, candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in PCD sales or business development in the pharma sector will be given preference.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the PCD (Propaganda-Cum-Distribution) model and should be able to generate leads and build solid relationships with wholesalers and distributors to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesalers and distributors.

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products through the PCD distribution model.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base.

  • Provide product knowledge, promotional materials, and support to wholesalers and distributors.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with wholesalers and distributors.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Ensure timely delivery of products and provide ongoing support to the distribution network.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets through active engagement and relationship management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Freshers with a passion for sales and business development in the pharmaceutical industry are encouraged to apply.

  • For experienced candidates: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in PCD sales, pharmaceutical business development, or working with wholesalers and distributors.

  • Strong understanding of the PCD distribution model.

  • Proven ability to generate leads and drive sales growth.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and nurture long-term business relationships.

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry trends.

  • Local candidates preferred.
