Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Collection Process

Job Summary:

Responsible for calling customers with overdue payments and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders.

Follow up on pending dues and obtain payment commitments.

Update call details and customer responses in the system.

Achieve daily call and collection targets.

Escalate unresolved cases to the Team Leader.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th / 12th / Any Degree

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge

Salary: 15k to 18k + incentives.

Note: Salary may increase if the candidate is good and carries relevant experience.
