ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact individuals and to pitch credit card offerings Explain products benefits, features, and eligibility criteria Handle objections and resolve customer queries. Follow up consistently to ensure conversations Record customer and transaction details and obtaining customer information Schedule callbacks where necessary and take timely follow-ups. Basic Requirements: The candidate should be from a Sales background and has very good written and verbal communication skills Relevant work experience in sales, tele sales, telemarketing or banking preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
