We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales / Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products/services clearly and effectively
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales
Follow up with customers for conversions
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Prior experience in telesales/sales is a plus (freshers can apply)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
