Key Responsibilities:-
Lead Generation & Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients, promoting, and pitching new real estate projects and property listings.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule site visits and meetings between potential buyers and site sales representatives.
Database Management:
Update and maintain client records, feedback, and interaction notes in the CRM software.
Following Up: Follow up on inquiries, leads, and clients who have visited sites for potential closure.
Client Relationship Management: Answer queries regarding property features, pricing, and locations to guide them toward a purchase.
