About the Role:

We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to handle outbound calls, pitch travel packages, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote domestic and international travel packages.

• Deliver engaging and persuasive sales pitches highlighting the features and benefits of travel packages.

• Understand customer preferences, budgets, and travel requirements to suggest suitable packages.

• Maintain and update customer databases and follow up on leads regularly.

• Handle customer inquiries about destinations, pricing, hotels, and itineraries.

• Coordinate with the operations team for booking and service follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and sales revenue.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
