Key Responsibilities

• Make targeted outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries

• Generate and qualify leads; follow up until conversion

• Present products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone

• Record interactions and update CRM accurately

• Support marketing campaigns (email, SMS, telecampaigns) and provide feedback on messaging

• Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling, customer acquisition, or inside sales

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in [language(s)]

• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills

• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
