Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident female candidates to join our Telecalling/Telesales team.

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential customers using leads provided by the company.
Generate additional leads through references and follow-ups.
Explain the company's Food & Beverage products and services to clients.
Coordinate with clients to receive and process orders.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales.
Support day-to-day operational activities.
Assist with invoice generation and basic billing when required.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients.
Basic knowledge of invoice generation and billing.
Ability to multitask and manage daily operations efficiently.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations is an added advantage.

Salary

Freshers: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: Salary will be based on the last drawn (take-home) salary and interview performance.
