Job Timing:. 10:00am to 7:30pm

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Logistics Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and promoting our logistics and transportation services through outbound and inbound calls.

You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote logistics and transportation services.

Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable logistics solutions.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely conversion.

Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

Provide excellent customer service and build long-term business relationships.

Stay updated on logistics industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

HSC and Graduation Passed required.

Fresher, 6 months, 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service — preferably in logistics, transport, or supply chain.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Good command of English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada etc.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
