Key Responsibilities:
. Contact inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, or CRM.
· Understand customer requirements and explain products/services clearly.
· Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects.
· Follow up regularly to move leads through the sales funnel.
· Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, demos, or site visits.
· Handle objections and provide accurate information to customers.
· Maintain lead data, follow-up status, and conversion reports.
· Ensure timely closure and handover to sales/accounts teams.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
· Maintain professional communication and customer experience.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
