Qualification: 12th / Graduation (preferred)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecalling Manager who will be responsible for recruiting agents, training, developing and managing agents through telephonic and virtual channels. The role focuses on team building, agent activation, business generation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Recruit and onboard advisors/agents through calling and online channels.

- Develop and manage a productive advisor network.

- Conduct virtual training and onboarding sessions for newly recruited advisors.

- Guide advisors on business generation and client acquisition.

- Drive advisor activation, productivity, and retention.

- Achieve monthly recruitment and business targets.

- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support.

- Maintain advisor engagement and relationship management.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.

- Contribute to overall agency growth and revenue generation.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Experience in advisor/agent recruitment will be preferred.

- Strong communication and convincing skills.

- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate advisors.

- Comfortable working through telephonic and online business processes.

- Target-oriented and self-driven personality.
