Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the field sales team.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and issues.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer support experience preferred.
Strong communication skills in [Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada, etc.].
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
