Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our onsite team. The primary responsibility is to generate high-quality leads and provide them to the sales team to boost revenue growth. The candidate will also be involved in data mining and market research activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through various channels (email campaigns, LinkedIn, online research, etc.)
Conduct thorough data mining and compile accurate contact lists
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand over to the sales team
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies
Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and KPIs
Stay updated on industry trends and target domains
