Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our real estate team. The role involves calling potential clients, explaining property details, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a persuasive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Handle inbound inquiries related to property listings
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule site visits and follow-ups with interested clients
Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
Required Skills:
Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Target-oriented mindset
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any field
