Job Description

Job Summary

Star Publicity is hiring an experienced Senior Telesales Executive to generate leads, promote our outdoor advertising services, and convert prospects into clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a proven track record in telesales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls and generate qualified leads.
Promote outdoor advertising services (Hoardings, Bus Stand Advertising, LED Displays, Unipoles, Transit Media & OOH Solutions).
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
Maintain client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
Update call reports and lead records in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales/Inside Sales/B2B Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Hindi fluency is mandatory; Punjabi and basic English are preferred.
