Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth for our EdTech offerings. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective students/customers, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward suitable educational programs while achieving sales and enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, social media, and digital platforms
Counsel students/parents about courses, learning paths, and career outcomes
Convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating value propositions
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and partners
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and enrollment targets
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve offerings and campaigns
Attend webinars, virtual events, and offline events when required
Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to close sales
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM is a plus)
Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is preferred

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
