Job Description

Job Summary:
Looking for a candidate to handle outbound calling, recruit insurance agents/POSPs, support onboarding, and generate business in the motor insurance segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and follow up on leads.
Recruit and onboard insurance agents/POSPs.
Explain products and business opportunities.
Support agents with policy issuance and queries.
Build agent relationships and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain call and agent records.

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills.
Experience in telecalling, sales, or agent recruitment.
Basic knowledge of motor insurance products.
Familiarity with MS Excel and CRM is a plus.

Experience:

6 months to 1 year in telecalling, sales, customer service, or motor insurance.
