Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
Handle inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and online platforms.
Explain the firm’s legal and financial services clearly and professionally.
Identify client needs and recommend suitable legal solutions.
Convert qualified leads into consultations and retained clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.
Coordinate with advocates, legal advisors, and internal teams for client onboarding.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Handle objections professionally and resolve client concerns effectively.
