About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive who can effectively engage with customers, identify their needs, create interest, and convert leads into successful bookings or home visits. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in outbound and inbound sales with excellent persuasion and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to generate sales opportunities.

• Convert cold leads into bookings and scheduled home visits.

• Understand customer needs, create demand, and position products/services effectively.

• Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and ensure conversion.

• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Maintain records of calls and sales activities in CRM systems.
  

Requirements:

• Gender: Female (mandatory).

• Proven experience in outbound & inbound tele-sales.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Ability to influence customer decisions and create demand.

• Experience in Banking (accounts/loans/credit cards), Solar Panels, Insurance, EdTech, or Real Estate will be preferred.

• Target-driven, proactive, and resilient personality.
