Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

• Generate leads and fix appointments / site visits for the sales team.

• Regularly follow up with interested customers via calls & WhatsApp.

• Maintain proper lead database / CRM / Excel with daily updates.

• Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally.

• Achieve daily and monthly call / lead target given by the manager.

• Provide clear communication and maintain polite tone with customers.

Skills Required:

• Good communication & convincing ability

• Fluency in Tamil / English / (Basic language)

• Basic Computer / WhatsApp handling knowledge

• Strong follow-up skills and sales interest.
