• Convert prospective enquiries into confirmed admissions through structured, result-oriented counselling.

• Proactively follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to ensure higher conversion rates.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and daily counselling activities.

• Interact with parents professionally, addressing their concerns and providing clear guidance about courses and career paths.

• Achieve monthly admission targets while maintaining high ethical and counselling standards.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.

• Strong ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.

• Basic working knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, or MS Excel for data management.

• Target-driven mindset with a professional and positive attitude.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with students and parents.
